The assets located in the Supreme Prana residential tower, allegedly costing more than Rs 78.20 crore, is one of its most extraordinary real estate acquisitions.

At a price of about Rs 1.18 lakh per sq ft, the deal includes six exclusive car parking slots. The transaction is jointly completed with her mother, with stamp duty more than Rs 3.91 crore and the total investment is more than Rs 84.16 crore, which incorporates GST and other charges. The penthouse provides the rights of exclusive roof, which gives uninterrupted panoramic views of the Arabian Sea-a feature that combines the attraction of this ultra-luxury residence.
This is not the first place of Kriti in Mumbai Real Estate. In 2024, he acquired 4-BHK apartments priced at Rs 35 crore in Bandra West.
