In an exclusive conversation with IHNS, Adivi Sesh was asked about his opinion on Deepika Padukone’s demand to work 8 hours. Commenting on this, he said, “I heard a little but I don’t know the details. I am not politically correct. I don’t know what happened. Unke situation like how Karna Galat Hai (it is ethically false to comment on their situation).”
In addition, he shared his opinion: “academically speaking, which is acceptable for an actor or an actress and a director is what is agreed between them”.

Speaking of his work experience at various quarters of work, Adivi Sesh said: “I worked in situations where I worked with an occupied character artist who could only come for 3 hours at the same time.”
Adivi revealed that the character’s artist was “Vennela Kishore”. He said, “He’s like the southern India Johnny, so he was extremely busy. We had to do it with it.”
The actor of Goodchari added: “What is agreed between a filmmaker and his actors is the only thing that counts. There is no rule per word (because the film is made for 12 hours, 8 hours, 6 hours is their wish. It is simplified too if you say that the work must be 8 to 6 hours. It is not a work of 9 to 5).”
