They call it OG well held on its second day in India, collecting Rs. 23.5 crosses approximately. This takes the total of two days to Rs. 112 crores at the national level. Globally, the film marked Rs. 162 crores, with 5.70 million USD from abroad.
The drop in the first day is 75%, which is quite steep, but it is a normal trajectory for Telugu films, even more now, when the opening day is swollen with a large part of the previews. In this context, the drop becomes out of words and it becomes absolute numbers, which are good. The film reported Rs. 20 crosses about the Telugu states, which gives the film a solid base to collect this weekend.
The total of two days in the Telugu states is a bit shy from RS. 100 Broves marks. The four-day weekend will aim at around 140, if the growth of Saturday and Sunday is strong, it can approach the 140s. From there, it should erase RS. 200 crores, although we have seen films slide after the weekend this year, so Monday’s catch will be something to look for.
