Kantara: Chapter 1 recorded a decent advance for the Hindi-Brabis version because it has taken a stronger momentum in the last hours. The way in which the reservation in advance started and where it was in the morning, it had to close about 60 to 65,000 tickets in the national channels, but it managed to finish with 75,000 stainless steel and Cinepolis tickets for the opening day.
Since the film serves as a prequel to a successful Kannada film, it should have recorded better advanced reservations. The trailer was well received, but it could not light the buzz which was expected earlier. However, the film has enough potential to mark a good opening, thanks to the national holidays.
Kantara: Chapter 1 Attentions of the day else: Can we have reached the brand RS 20 Core?
In accordance with current trends and sales in advance, the Rishab Shetty Starrer should open its doors in the RS 15 range crores net in Hindi, with an eye on the RS 20 brand, if it opens up to the reception of the superlative audience. The film should target positive comments that can translate into the footsteps, which gives it the essential thrust on the transport of the 4-day weekend.
Bandled by Hombale films with a massive budget, Kantara: Chapter 1 is faced with a direct confrontation with Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor with Sunny Sanskari Ki Tuli Kumari. Although the film Kannada will probably provide a better opening, the shock will undoubtedly affect their businesses to some extent. In the end, it will be word of mouth that determines the fate of the two Gandhi Jayanti weekend outings.
Interestingly, there is no significant release before Thamma and Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat on Diwali 2025, which will benefit both Kantara: Chapter 1 and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tuli Kumari. The two films will receive a clean race for almost three weeks on the Hindi market.
