There are reports doing the rounds in Bollywood that Lakshya, Tiger Shroff and Janhvi Kapoor are all set to collaborate on a high-octane action drama, reportedly produced by Karan Johar. Although no official announcement has been made yet, a report in Mid-Day suggests that the heads of Dharma Productions are quietly developing a large-scale action entertainer.

The report also states that the film will be directed by Raj Mehta. A source told the publication, “But this time, this action offering has a revenge story at its centre. The film is in the final stages of preparation and Raj plans to take it on the floors by November.” The tabloid said, “It will be Tiger vs Lakshya. Both actors have shown their prowess in the action genre, and their sharing of screen space will benefit the film. Apart from Tiger and Lakshya, the action (film) reportedly features Janhvi Kapoor.”
The source further added, “Karan is now eyeing another story, which is more in the realm of drama and emotions. He is confident that Raj will blend the masala with big screen action well.”
Lakshya, who recently starred in the Netflix show The Ba**ads of Bollywood, also praised Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan for his visionary vision. During a conversation on Raj Shamani’s podcast, Lakshya talked about Aryan’s rare qualities as a director, his fearless storytelling and his astonishing talent in front of the camera. Lakshya said, “I meet very few people who make me think, ‘He has the power to change the world’ and Aryan is one of them. He has tremendous willpower. Even before reading the script, I knew he would do something special. He has that drive, aggression, passion and conviction which not every director has.” Aryan is reportedly taking a considerable break after the success of The Ba**ads of Bollywood.
Tiger Shroff was last seen rebel 4Directed by A Harsh and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The fourth installment of the franchise featured high-octane action, raw intensity and explosive set pieces, featuring Tiger in his most brutal avatar. The film featured a talented cast including Shreyas Talpade, Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Sandhu, Sonam Bajwa, Saurabh Sachdeva and Upendra Limaye.
