Way back in July, IHNS had revealed that Varun Dhawan will be seen reprising the role of the wolf in the film. A source tells us, “The makers decided to go all out with the Betal vs Bhediya scene. So, a staggering amount of Rs 20 crore was spent on that sequence. Producer Dinesh Vijan was clear – the fight scene had to have top-class VFX that would leave the audience in awe. After all, this scene is very important for the future of the universe.”
“Amar Kaushik, founder and patriarch of the Maddock horror comedy universe, serves as producer,” the source added. ThammaBut for the important scene of Bhediya, he was present on the set to supervise. There was a lot at stake; Hence, Amar decided to be present when the scene was being filmed. ThammaAditya Sarpotdar, the director, was informed about it in advance and understood Amar’s point of view. He was very happy to have Amar on the set and was also very happy to take his valuable inputs.
