Mahesh Babu-starrer SSMB29 has been the talk of the town ever since its announcement. Earlier, the makers had revealed that the official title update will be coming in November, and now the superstar himself has hinted at the announcement by confirming Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Prithviraj Sukumaran through a quirky conversation with director SS Rajamouli.
Mahesh Babu hints at SSMB29 update
Mahesh Babu asked SS Rajamouli on his social media handle, “It’s already November.” In response, the filmmaker humorously replied, “Yes… Yeh Cinemala’s review iddam anukuntunnavu ee mahaana?” (Yes… which movie are you planning to review this month?)
The conversation continued and Mahesh replied, “You are always ready to make Mahabharata, sir… First of all, you promised us something in November. Please keep your promise.”
Rajamouli replied that November had just started and said that he would reveal the details one by one.
Finally, Mahesh Babu tagged Priyanka Chopra Jonas and quipped, “How slow sir…? Shall we start in 2030? Fee, our desi girl has been posting every street of Hyderabad on her Insta stories since January.”
Soon, Priyanka Chopra comes on the tweet chain and says, “Hello!! Hero!!! You want me to leak all the stories shared with me on the sets? Mind lo fix athe blind ga esestha..” (Once I make up my mind, I will do it blindly.)
Continuing the fun banter, SS Rajamouli asked the Khalija actor why he revealed Priyanka, and also revealed how he ruined the surprise.
Soon, Mahesh also confirmed Prithviraj Sukumaran’s involvement and said, “Surprise come? You mean, Prithviraj is also a surprise?”
