Bigg Boss Tamil Season 9 hosted by Vijay Sethupathi is witnessing a lot of interesting developments. With the atmosphere inside the house becoming increasingly tense, a new controversy has erupted between contestants Kamaruddin and Praveen Raj, leaving everyone else heartbroken.

The new promo released by Vijay TV on X (formerly Twitter) shows Kamaruddin teasing Praveen Raj. As his jealousy reaches its peak, Kamaruddin flies into a rage and runs towards Praveen and tries to kill him.
What initially starts as a verbal altercation between the two quickly turns into a physical confrontation in the living area.
As the situation worsens, the other housemates step in to intervene, trying to defuse the tension and prevent the fight from getting out of hand. The atmosphere inside the house becomes tense towards the end of the promo, leaving the audience wondering what might happen next.
For those unaware, Kamaruddin is a TV actor from Kerala who started his journey through stage plays and short films. Before entering the Bigg Boss Tamil house, the actor reportedly appeared in several Malayalam films playing supporting roles.
Over the course of this season, he has become a strong contender on the show, even though he is nominated for eviction this week.
Meanwhile, Praveen Raj is a stand-up comedian and improvisational theater artist who has been a part of the show since the beginning of this season. He is married to Aishwarya Aiyappa, who is best known for her role in the soap opera Raja Rani. Praveen Raj has also been nominated for eviction this week.
Apart from Kamaruddin and Praveen, this week’s eviction nominations include Gana Vinoth, Viyana, Sabari, Vikram, VJ Paru, Kemi, Tushar, Diwakar, Ramya and FJ, placing all of them in the danger zone.
Last week, after the eviction of motivational speaker Kalaiyarasan, several new wild card entrants made their way into the show, including Amit Bhargava, Sandra Amy, Divya Ganesh and others.
Bigg Boss Tamil Season 9 is available for streaming on JioHotstar and will later be aired on Star Vijay. Additionally, unseen footage of the one-hour show will be available to watch later on Colors Tamil.
