Exclusive: In a rare development, CBFC clears De De Pyar De 2 with zero cuts
IHNS has learned that the upcoming Ajay Devgan-R Madhavan-Rakul Preet Singh starrer has not got a single scene or audio cut. The film has been passed as is by the CBFC scrutiny committee. The film has received a U/A 13+ certificate and the process was completed on 6 November. The length of the film is stated to be 147.10 minutes on the censor certificate. In other words, give give love 2 2 hours, 27 minutes and 10 seconds long. It will be released in theaters on November 14.

give give love 2 The film is a sequel to the Ajay Devgan-Tabu-Rakul Preet Singh starrer give give love (2019), which faced several cuts from the CBFC. Nevertheless, IHNS was the first to break the news about its CBFC process. After this, CBFC surprisingly removed the scenes of Rakul Preet Singh holding the liquor bottle and instead showed the actress holding flowers! Two dialogues with double meanings were also asked to be revised.
Second zero cut film of the month
give give love 2 This is the first release to pass uncut in November RightStarring Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam. It is based on the Shah Bano case and such controversial and sensitive films often get the maximum cut from the CBFC. But like the Ajay Devgan-starrer, it also got a U/A 13+ certificate without any cuts. Its length is 136 minutes i.e. 2 hours 16 minutes and the censor certificate was handed over to its makers on 28 October. The film was released in theaters on 7 November.
