Kartik Aryan’s family has expanded its real estate footprint in Mumbai with another major acquisition, as the actor’s parents have bought a premium commercial unit in Vile Parle. The deal marks another significant property investment involving the actor in recent months, highlighting a clear trend of strategic expansion.
Kartik Aryan’s parents buy office in Vile Parle for Rs 10.83 crore, increasing family’s stake in Mumbai
According to documents obtained by Zapkey and reported by NDTV Profit, Karthik’s parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, had bought the office space for Rs 10.83 crore. Apart from the purchase price, the family paid Rs 65 lakh as stamp duty. Registration of the sale was completed on November 27, 2025. The commercial unit is spread over 1,228 sq ft carpet area and comes with two dedicated parking slots, making it a valuable addition to their growing real-estate portfolio.
The property was acquired from Notton House Pvt. Ltd. Ltd. According to the developer’s website, the building offers convenient access to multiple transportation hubs – located approximately 1.6 km from Vile Parle Railway Station, 3 km from Andheri Station and approximately 6.5 km from the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. This makes the location strategically advantageous for both business and connectivity.
The purchase follows previous reports in September that Kartik Aaryan himself had acquired a commercial office space in Andheri worth Rs 13 crore. Around the same period, the actor also bought a 2,000-square-foot plot in Chateau d’Alibaug for Rs 2 crore. Speaking about that investment, Kartik had said, “Alibaug has become one of the most exciting places to invest today – close to Mumbai and I am planning to build my house there. This is the first time I have invested in land and have full confidence in Abhinandan Lodha’s house. I am happy to make this investment.”
