Madhuri Dixit sold Juhu apartment after 13 years for Rs 3.9 crore: Report
This apartment is located on the 4th floor of Iris Park, located within Deep Varsha Cooperative Housing Society on Military Road, Juhu (400049). Spread over a carpet area of 780.13 sq. ft., the residence is located in one of the most premium residential areas of Mumbai, known for its proximity to the sea, high-end developments and strong presence of celebrities and industry professionals.
As per the registered documents, the buyer of the apartment is Mrs. Darshan Ghataliya. Apart from the sale consideration, a security deposit of Rs 19.5 lakh was paid, which has been included in the stamp duty calculation. The buyer also availed 1 per cent stamp duty concession under Maharashtra’s incentive scheme for women home buyers.
Madhuri and Dr Nene had originally purchased the property in June 2012 for Rs 1.96 crore. The nearly doubling of value over the last few years underlines the continued appeal of Juhu as a prime real estate destination in Mumbai, despite market fluctuations.
The sale also highlights Madhuri Dixit’s continued involvement with real estate investing. In December 2024, the actor leased a commercial office space in Morya Landmark II in Andheri West to Karamtara Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Ltd. at a monthly rental of Rs 3 lakh. Spread over 1,594.24 sq ft of built-up area, the rent for this office will increase to Rs 3.15 lakh after the first year, with a security deposit of Rs 9 lakh to be paid as part of the agreement registered on November 13.
