Actor Randeep Hooda has taken his first step into entrepreneurship by joining as an investor in TeenPro, an Indian health and nutrition brand focused on clean, everyday protein solutions. The move reflects Huda’s long-standing interest in a disciplined life and conscious health choices rather than a traditional celebrity business association.
Randeep Hooda becomes investor for health and wellness brand TeenPro, steps into entrepreneurship
Founded by Chinmay Barik, Raghav Gupta and Kshitij Shokeen, TeenPro positions itself as a wellness brand that aims to address everyday nutritional gaps, especially protein deficiency in the Indian diet. The company currently offers protein and energy bars designed for people with active routines, long workdays, or those who want balanced nutrition without an excessive fitness message.
Speaking about her association with the venture, Hooda explained that her decision was rooted in personal alignment rather than business intentions. He said, “I have never been someone who believes in attaching my name to things casually. For me, any off-screen association has to be honest and a reflection of how I live my life.”
Huda shared that her conversation with the founding team played an important role in her decision. “When I spoke to the founders, Chinmay, Raghav and Kshitij, I connected with the simplicity of their thinking. They were not trying to oversell or push a fitness fad,” he said. According to the actor, what stood out most was the brand’s focus on everyday nutrition suited to the Indian lifestyle.
Highlighting the product’s relevance in the local context, Huda said, “Naturally the Indian diet does not meet the essential requirement of protein intake that one needs on a daily basis. What stood out to me was how protein and energy bars are positioned, not only for those who train intensely, but also for those who have long workdays, active routines, or simply want to make better food choices.”
He also stressed the importance of simplicity and balance in nutrition. “The idea of making something clean with no added sugar or preservatives and an emphasis on balance rather than excess felt very natural to me. Protein doesn’t need to be intimidating or complicated. It can and should be a part of daily life,” Huda said.
Known for his physically tough and restrained performances in films like Sarabjit, Highway And Swatantra Veer SavarkarHuda’s career has often focused on discipline and intention – these qualities now extend to her entrepreneurial choices. His role at TeenPro is that of an investor, supporting a thoughtful and sustainable idea rather than a support-driven partnership.
