Television actor Tejasvi Prakash has added a high-priced property to his portfolio by purchasing a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs. 7.63 crores. According to documents obtained from CRE Matrix, the deal was formalized and registered on February 16, 2026.

The newly acquired residence is located in Bay Heights, a residential project on Krishna Chandra Marg in Bandra Reclamation area, one of the premier affluent localities of the city. It is manufactured by Excel Enterprises India Private Limited. Spread over 121.14 square meters (approximately 1,304 square feet), the apartment also includes two reserved parking slots. The registration records further indicate that stamp duty payment of Rs. Rs 38.15 lakh was paid as part of the transaction. As per the agreement, the official transfer of the assets is expected to take place on November 29, 2030.
Bandra West remains one of Mumbai’s most sought-after addresses, especially among celebrities and business leaders. The area is known for its sea front promenades, premium high-rise buildings, boutique cafés and proximity to major production houses.
