Actress Alaya F recently addressed the speculations surrounding her appearance after walking the ramp at Lakme Fashion Week. Responding to comments that suggested she had undergone nose surgery or lip fillers, the actor shared an Instagram Story video and clarified that she had not opted for any cosmetic procedure.

In the video, Alaia said, “A lot of you think I’ve had some surgery done – I’m getting comments like nose surgery and lip fillers. I haven’t done anything, I promise. If I had, I would have told you. Look, it’s the same nose, same lips. There’s nothing I’ve done. It’s just different lighting or it’s good habits, hydration, lymph and facial massage; I don’t know.”
She added, “I haven’t had the surgery done; if I had, I would have happily told you. I’m not one to hide about all this or lie about all this. Look, it is what it is, promise. God knows why you guys think I’ve done something. Nothing, it is what it is, promise.”
Her clarification came shortly after her appearance on the runway during the Max Fashion Showcase, where several brand-ambassador actors took part in different segments of the presentation.
The showcase started with the introduction of the Max Urban segment by Siddhant Chaturvedi. Her entry set the tone for the presentation, bringing a relaxed and youthful energy to the runway. Later in the evening, Alaia walked for the same segment and presented the collection with a confident and expressive presence, reflecting the label’s focus on individuality and contemporary styling.
The main segment of the show featured Kalki Koechlin as a showstopper. His presence added a composed and distinctive note to the showcase. The evening concluded with a joint closing ceremony, when Kalki Koechlin, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Alaya F returned to the runway together, ending the presentation on a celebratory moment, with all three brand ambassadors taking to the stage.
On the professional front, Alaya was last seen on the big screen big mian small mian With Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. The film received mixed response at the box office.
She will next headline the Amazon Prime Video Original upcoming series Storm backed by Hrithik Roshan. The project also stars Saba Azad, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Srishti Srivastava and Suvinder Vicky in lead roles.
