Hollywood film project Hail Mary is doing well at the box office. The Ryan Gosling starrer science-fiction action adventure film registered another impressive growth on its third day (Saturday) earning Rs. 5.75 crores. This is about 40 percent more than the second day and 47 percent more than the first day.
Project Hail Mary’s running cume is Rs. Reached. It grossed Rs 12.25 crore in three days of theatrical run. Based on current trends, the film is expected to see another surge on Sunday and end its 4-day weekend with around Rs. Earning 18 crores at Indian box office. This will be the biggest weekend debut for a non-IP Hollywood film in India.
Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the sci-fi film has received a positive response among the audiences, boosting its business. Furthermore, due to audience demand the film was successful in garnering more shows in premium formats over the weekend.
If it continues to perform on the expected lines, the project Hail Mary will easily earn more than Rs. 50 crore mark in its entire innings at the Indian box office, which will be a great business for the Ryan Gosling starrer.
