Ranbir Kapoor has invested in a premium land parcel in Ayodhya, adding a significant real estate acquisition to his portfolio at a time when the city is witnessing rapid cultural and infrastructural development. As per information reported by PTI, the actor has purchased land in The Saryu, a large-scale development scheme by the House of Abhinandan Lodha.

The transaction value for a total area of 2,134 sq ft is approximately Rs 3.31 crore. The property is part of Saryu, a 75-acre development located on the banks of the Saryu River. The project is designed as a premium lifestyle destination and will include a club house, hospitality facilities, lifestyle amenities and a luxury hotel managed by The Leela.
Speaking about the investment, Ranbir Kapoor said, “I believe Ayodhya chose me, and I just answered this call. Ayodhya is deeply rooted in our history and is an important part of our cultural fabric. This land of Saryu became my gateway to ensure that it becomes a part of my legacy for my family. HoABL has made this journey seamless, transparent and easy with its completely digital process.”
This investment comes at an interesting stage in the actor’s career, especially as Ranbir is preparing to play Lord Ram RamayanaOne of the most anticipated Indian film projects currently in development. Their purchase is a city deeply connected to Ayodhya Ramayanahas naturally attracted attention online and among fans.
