The development comes soon after the renovation of the couple’s extensive mansion reportedly got approval after a three-year long dispute process.
However, recent property acquisitions have reportedly not pleased some local residents of the area. Many neighbors are believed to have expressed concerns over the intended use of these apartments, with speculation that these flats may eventually serve as housing for staff working at Ahuja’s mansion.
According to reports published by Daily Mail, a company linked to the couple has acquired five flats in a neighboring residential estate for around Rs 51 crore. Members of the local residential community have reportedly expressed concerns over how these developments could impact the character and atmosphere of the area, claiming that it has long maintained a close-knit residential environment.
