Sonakshi Sinha has given her luxury apartment in Bandra, Mumbai on total rent for one year to the Consulate General of the State of Kuwait. 1.92 crore, according to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix.

According to the documents, the apartment is leased by the Consulate General for residential accommodation of Consul General Imad Abdul Aziz Al-Kharaj and his family members and staff.
This apartment is located on a high floor of a building called 81 Orette in Bandra West. Documents reveal that the apartment has a carpet area of 4,350 square feet and a servants toilet area of 27 square feet.
The transaction was registered on May 25, 2026, for which stamp duty of Rs. 96,000 and registration fee Rs. Documents show that Rs 1,000 was paid.
Monthly rent for a period of 12 months is Rs. 16 lakh, the lease start date is June 7, 2026 and the license expiry date is June 6, 2027, the documents reveal.
The apartment was leased with three parking spaces. The building has other facilities including a gymnasium, library, conference rooms, two swimming pools (one for men and one for women), walking and jogging tracks, banquet hall, three garden spaces, yoga studio, open sky fitness centre, children’s play area and club house. As per the documents, the tenant can use these facilities without any additional cost.
The Consulate General of Kuwait in Mumbai is located in the Churchgate area of South Mumbai, near the prestigious KC College.
