One of the most awaited films of the year, AlphaIt has finally been released in theaters today. There is tremendous curiosity about the cameo in the film. The trailer had already revealed one such presence – Hrithik Roshan. However, that’s not the only surprise. Another actor who stars in the film, and whose presence was cleverly kept under wraps, is Dia Mirza.

Dia Mirza appears at a crucial juncture in the story. Actually, it would not be wrong to say that his character helps in taking the story forward. He has approximately 10 minutes of screen time and is credited under ‘Guest Appearance’ in the opening credits. Alpha.
Alpha Alia Bhatt and Sharvari are in the lead roles, supported by Anil Kapoor. Bobby Deol plays the role of the antagonist. It is directed by Shiv Rawail, who previously directed the acclaimed Netflix series, The Railway Men. The action entertainer is produced by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj Films (YRF).
Alpha belongs to the YRF spy universe and is the seventh film in the cinematic universe. it started there was a tiger (2012) and followed tiger is alive (2017). Both films starred Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. But while Kabir Khan directed the former, Ali Abbas Zafar directed the latter. Then Siddharth Anand directed war (2019), starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff. He also directed Universe’s next film – Pathan (2023) – Starring Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone. It was the first film in the spy universe to have a crossover, starring Salman Khan aka Tiger in a cameo.
Then, there was a special appearance by Shahrukh Khan in his Pathan character tiger 3 (2023). war 2 (2025) was the last film of the universe before Alpha. It starred Hrithik Roshan, Jr. NTR and Kiara Advani and was directed by Ayan Mukherjee.
