creator of Jeevan Bhim Yojana has announced the release date of the upcoming dark comedy crime thriller. The film, directed by Arshad Warsi, is scheduled to hit theaters worldwide next month. The project, directed by Abhishek Dogra, marks the first time in Warsi’s career that he will be seen in a dual role.

The film revolves around Arshad Warsi’s dual characters, Jeevan and Bheem – a debt-ridden common man and his dangerous doppelganger – whose lives are cut short by unexpected circumstances, triggering a series of chaotic events. Sanjeeda Shaikh plays Yojana, a resourceful wife who plans an ambitious fraud, while Vijay Raaj plays Vinayak, a mysterious man whose secrets are slowly revealed.
Sharing details about the film, director Abhishek Dogra said, “Jeevan Bheem Yojana is a film about ordinary people making an extraordinary, disastrous decision and then spending the rest of the film paying for it. The genre is dark comedy, but its heart is very human. The terrifying dynamics of greed, desperation, love and lies that you can’t stop speaking of. Arshad brings both men to life with a precision that constantly amazed us on the set.”
