Amaal Malik has indirectly launched a scathing attack on music composer Tanishk Bagchi through a long explosive post on X (formerly Twitter) and made several serious allegations without directly naming him. Referring to him as ‘Mr. Remix and Destroyer of Originals’, Amaal accused the musician of taking credit for the songs, copying the original music, running paid PR campaigns and attempting to tarnish his reputation.

In her long post, Amaal also alleged that Tanishq ‘Sayara’ Featuring a song originally produced by Faheem Abdullah and Arsalan Nizami. He claimed, “If I speak about how you got the film #Sayyara, and stole the song from under the noses of Faheem Abdullah and Arsalan Nizami to get Mohit Suri in the film, you will know.”
The musician further alleged that the song ‘Sayara’ ‘Copied from‘Humanwa Mere’ and claimed that singer Jubin Nautiyal chose to remain silent because of his professional association with the film. He also accused Tanishq of copying Pakistani songs, lifting folk tunes and taking inspiration from YouTube covers, writing, “You are a bloody thief, even your originals are not original.”
Amal did not stop here. Accusing Tanishq of using paid PR against him, he claimed, “You have earned the paid PR money from the label, but are spending it in the wrong place.” He also alleged that rival groups within the film industry are attempting to harm the prospects of his upcoming project. vagrancy 2.
Earlier this week, Amaal had thanked fans for the positive response to her latest song and urged listeners to let the music grow with time. He wrote, “Thank you for giving such a wonderful response to a tune that is closest to my heart. He further claimed that a “heavily paid PR” campaign was being conducted by rival elements in the industry to influence both the film and its soundtrack. Amaal alleged, “Heavily paid PR is being run by rival elements of the film industry who do not want the film or the soundtrack to do well.” He further said that such efforts will ultimately fail as the audience decides the fate of the music.
Ending her strongly worded post with a warning, Amaal wrote, “Don’t mess with me, because this is my jungle, and there is only one rule here. When the lion is hungry, he eats and leaves no crumbs.” At present, Tanishk Bagchi has not publicly responded to Amaal Malik’s allegations.
