Mahakali is a next episode of the shared cinematographic universe known as Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PVCU). The film should present the first female superhero in the ambitious adventure of the filmmaker.
According to the statements, the film will have a daring and refreshing representation of the goddess Kali, breaking conventional beauty standards. Although more details on the film are not yet revealed, the film will be directed by Puja Aparnaa Kolluru, based on a script written by Varma.
