Speaking at the event, Tovino Thomas said, “Should I call him right now and ask? We’ve known each other since the beginning. I worked as an assistant director on one of his films, and later as a villain opposite him. Since then, he’s been nothing but the sweetest to me.”

These rumors are very easy to make from outside, I am not even kidding. You can watch the chats yourself. When Loca 2 releases, we will all come together. Then you can ask this question and ask them to talk about me.”

Tovino Thomas appeared in a cameo role Lokah Chapter 1: Moon. Directed by Dominic Arun, the film directed by Kalyani Priyadarshan was produced by Dulquer Salmaan, who also made a cameo appearance in the post-credits scene.

As the sequel has been announced with Tovino in the lead role, the shooting of the film is expected to begin this year.

Tovino Thomas Will be seen in the lead role in Pallichattambi: The Origin. Directed by Dijo Jose Antony, the upcoming film is touted to be a period action drama that tells the story of a mischievous man living on the margins of society, who survives through wits and small-scale schemes.

When trouble overwhelms him, it becomes even more difficult to stay one step ahead. As relationships and past options begin to close down, escape seems impossible, survival depends on her quick thinking and risky decisions.

Apart from Tovino, the film also stars Kayadu Lohar as the co-lead, along with Vijayaraghavan, Johnny Antony, Sudhir Karamana, Srijit Ravi and Prashanth Alexander in lead roles. Additionally, Prithviraj Sukumaran is expected to play a cameo role.

Looking ahead, the actor also has Athiradi in the upcoming lineup. The film, co-starring Vineeth Sreenivasan and Basil Joseph, is scheduled to release in theaters on May 14, 2026.
