According to a report by Onmanorama, director Mahesh Narayanan confirmed that the shooting of Patriot would resume with Mammootty from October 1, 2025. The director also shared that, although he was physically absent from filming, Mammootty has been actively involved in the production process.
Mahesh said: “I would visit his house to show him the changes. It was entirely part of the process, even if it was not there. ” Meanwhile, the team continued to draw scenes involving other actors to ensure smooth progress in production.
