Aditya Narayan, singer and hosting television, recently shared a low-term details about the initial development of the film acclaimed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s critics. Aditya, who once worked with Bhansali as an assistant director, said the opportunity came after a challenging period in his career. After the commercial failure of his film ShaapitAditya struggled to find the work and stayed out of the headlines for about a year. During the time, basic support dried up from public relations professionals, and the previous project disappeared.
When he got a chance to host the X Factor India, his fate began to shift, where Bhansali was one of the judges. Encouraged by singer Sonu Nigam, Aditya expressed interest in learning filmmaking and contacted Bhansali for an assistant director role. Initially, Bhansali did not take him seriously. Aditya recalled, “He had not given me any work in the first week – maybe I thought I would leave.” But finally, Bhansali included him in the creative process.
