Border 2, directed by Anurag Singh, remained steady on Thursday and collected Rs. 45 lakhs. This makes its fourth week fee Rs. 6.45 crore nett. This is down about 70 percent from last week, which is mainly due to new releases. As stated, the film is now in the final stages of theatrical release.
Border 2’s running low is Rs. Has reached. Earned Rs 303 crore in 4 weeks of theatrical run. It is also likely to see some bounce in the 5th weekend and then move towards its ultimate goal. Based on current trends, the border is headed to finish around Rs 2. 305 crore to Rs. 310 crore nett.
Although this is a good result, it is still much less than Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2. It is being said that, Border 2 has emerged as Hindi cinema’s first hit film of 2026. The film has performed better in the northern circuits, where Rajasthan is close to a blockbuster, while Delhi-UP and East Punjab have done super hit business. Poor performance has come to light in Gujarat and Central Circuit of CPCI, due to which Sunny Deol’s film could have been expected to perform strongly, but it did not happen. It is the second highest grossing film for Sunny Deol and the best film in the career of the rest of the actors.
