The northernmost region of Kashmir and Leh-Ladakh is blessed with natural beauty but one area where it suffered was the lack of cinema halls. However, gradual steps have been taken in this regard since the removal of Article 370 from the region in August 2019. After Inox opens its property in Srinagar in 2024, now is the time to move ahead for Leh-Ladakh too.
BREAKING: PVR INOX launches highest multiplex in Leh at an altitude of 11,500 feet; Dhurandhar, Avatar: Fire and Ash lead the initial lineup
It is learned that PVR Inox Group has opened a 2-screen multiplex at Solar Colony, Sabu, Leh, Ladakh and it has been developed under the Franchisee Owned Company Operated (FOCO) model of the company.

With this launch, PVR Inox PVR Inox now operates the largest multiplex network with 1,774 screens across 356 properties across 112 cities in India and Sri Lanka.
PVR Leh is now the highest multiplex in India, situated at an altitude of 11,500 feet. The building where the multiplex stands also houses Leh’s first modern food court which includes restaurants and cafes like KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, VanGo etc.
