Rani Mukherjee fans got a pleasant surprise some time back when Yash Raj Films (YRF) announced that macho 3 It has been preponed and will now arrive almost a month early, on January 30th. It has now emerged that three days ago, on January 14, the makers have successfully completed the censoring process.

Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has passed macho 3 With U/A 16+ certificate. A source told IHNS“The accepted running time of the film is 2 hours, 10 minutes and 36 seconds. The first part is a little longer as it is 1 hour, 6 minutes and 30 seconds long. Meanwhile, the length of the second part is 1 hour, 4 minutes and 6 seconds.”
it makes macho 3 The longest film in the series and the first in the series to run over 2 hours. manlyThis film, released in 2014, was 113 minutes i.e. 1 hour 53 minutes long. Mardaani 2 (2019) had a length of 103 minutes i.e. 1 hour 43 minutes and hence, it was the shortest film in the franchise.
After disturbing content in macho 3 After the trailer, there was apprehension in the trade and industry that the film might be given an ‘A’ certificate. U/A 16+ will now attract more audiences, especially the youth.
Interesting thing to note is that out of the three films in the series, only the first part received an ‘A’ rating. In fact, manlyThe first part is a rare YRF film to get such a rating.
manly Rani Mukherjee plays the role of fearless policeman Shivani Shivaji Roy in the series. In macho 3Joining her are Janaki Bodiwala and Mallika Prasad, Shivani is involved in a race against time to rescue several missing girls. The thriller is directed by Abhiraj Meenawala.
