Reacting to the development, Celina Jaitley shared a note on Instagram expressing concern while acknowledging the court’s decision. He wrote, “Today was the last hearing of my writ petition. I had approached the Honorable Court out of deep concern for the safety, security and well-being of my brother.” She further added, “He is in a foreign nation and as his sister, I felt it was my duty to ensure that he was not left without protection or support,” and added that despite dealing with personal challenges, she felt compelled to seek legal intervention for his welfare.
In his post, the actor stressed that his intention was to ensure his brother’s safety and access to necessary assistance while he is in custody abroad. The case has attracted attention over the past year, with Jaitley continuously seeking clarity and support regarding her brother’s situation in the UAE.
