Dashavatar behaves well at the box office, becoming a glimmer of hope for the Marathi film industry. With the legendary actor Dilip Prabhavalkar in the main role, Dashavatar recorded a good jump today on his first Tuesday, indicating the acceptance of the subject among the public and the critics.
Released on September 12, the film Marathi opened with Rs. 50 Lakh on the first day. With a brilliant word of mouth, the film witnessed an instant increase in its collections during the weekend. He collected Rs 1.25 crore on Saturday, followed by RS 2.25 crore on Sunday, making his opening weekend of Rs 4 net at the Indian box office.
