Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s latest production venture, Do Deewane Shehar Mein has earned Rs. Earned Rs 1.35 crore on the third day, which is about 10 percent less than the second day. The romantic drama directed by Ravi Udyavar collected Rs. 15,000 in its opening weekend. Earning Rs 4 crore at the Indian box office.
The first day of Do Deewane Shahar Mein was probably boosted with some offers at PVRINOX as the chain saw a decline in business on the second day while other places saw a 40-50 per cent increase. Now all eyes are on its performance on Monday. To survive at the box office, the film will not only have to pass the Monday test but will also have to register a strong trend going forward.
So far the film is heading towards a disappointing end as the film could not show the kind of growth it needed in the opening weekend. Let’s see how far the film goes at the box office. One positive for the Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer is that it has done well for a few weeks leading up to the release of Dhurandhar and Toxic.
