EXCLUSIVE: After Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, Harshvardhan Rane is in talks with Ekta Kapoor for a gangster film.

Harshvardhan Rane’s recent Diwali release ‘Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat’ is doing well at the box office. Amidst his success, IHNS has exclusively learned that the actor is now in talks with producer Ekta Kapoor for a gangster film, and it is set against the glittering backdrop of Dubai. Ekta Kapoor, known for her keen eye for talent and successful collaborations, has potentially considered her for it.

According to our sources, the script has high-octane action, crime drama and intense character arcs, and Ekta feels Harshvardhan Rane fits the role. However, they are still in talks. The source revealed, “They are still mulling over a lot of things about the film, but it is definitely a gangster saga with a contemporary edge. The audience knows Rane for intense love stories, and such a film will introduce him to a completely different genre, giving him a fresh and attractive image.”
