Just days after the post went viral, we have exclusively learned that Salman Khan has signed Rajpal Yadav to play a pivotal role in his next feature film. Dil Raju With director Vamshi Pedipalli. A source from IHNS shared, “Salman Khan has cast Rajpal Yadav to play a pivotal role in this action-packed entertainer. Rajpal will play Salman Khan’s right-hand man in the film and will share a strong dynamic bond throughout the story. This is one of the most important characters, and the casting has been done on merit. Salman is very fond of Rajpal and feels he fits his special part to a T.”
Rajpal will start shooting the film in the month of May. “Rajpal is excited to reunite with Salman Khan. The two have worked together in many iconic films, including films like Partner (Chhota Don) and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (Chhota Pandit). This one too has a unique character trait for Rajpal, and the comic angle will bring laughter to the house.”
Salman Khan and Dil Raju‘s next film will hit the big screens in the first half of 2027. Shooting will start next week in Mumbai.
