And another good news is that the film has been passed by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with just one cut.

A source told IHNS,in love with you As is clear from the trailers, there are a lot of fights and intense romance. CBFC usually asks for removal of action scenes, some fiery dialogues or intimate moments. but with this in love with youHe has not demanded any kind of visual cut. Only one dialogue has been modified.”
According to the cut list, at about 27 minutes, an ‘obscene’ word was replaced with an appropriate word. Two more changes included inserting anti-smoking static messages in Hindi and blurring liquor brand labels.
Once these changes were made, in love with you Passed with U/A 16+ certificate on 24 November. As stated on the censor certificate, the length of the film is 169.17 minutes. In other words, in love with you is 2 hours, 49 minutes and 17 seconds long. It will be released in theaters on November 28.
Fun at trailer launch
Trailer launch of in love with you was held on 14 November and was attended by Dhanush, Kriti Sanon, director Aanand L Rai, producer Bhushan Kumar, co-producer Shiv Channa, writer-producer Himanshu Sharma and co-writer Neeraj Yadav.
In this event, Dhanush won the hearts of the fans with his answers and also sang a song, which created a ruckus. A journalist asked the actor, “What’s his one thing? in love with you Patra) Shankar who is related to you?” Dhanush said laughing, “Nothing. In fact. I am nothing like Shankar!”
Another special thing was when Dhanush was asked what love meant to him. He stylishly replied, “I think love is a more exaggerated emotion!”
