Actor and host Maniesh Paul is all set to embark on an exciting new journey Vavan – Power of the ForestA folk-fantasy thriller jointly produced by Balaji Telefilms and TVF Motion Pictures. The film, directed by Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia, will be directed by Deepak Mishra and Arunabh Kumar – one of the most interesting crossovers between mainstream cinema and the digital creative space in recent years.

As for Maniesh Paul, we hear that this project represents a huge leap in his acting career. Known for his charismatic presence and natural ease in different genres, the actor has been garnering attention with his performance as Kukku in various roles. Producer Ekta R Kapoor had previously spoken about casting Manish, saying, “Manish has an effortless charm and an innate sense of timing – be it comedy or emotion. With shooting to begin soon, the film is scheduled for theatrical release on May 15, 2026, and is already generating strong anticipation for its fresh pairing and ambitious concept.
