Director Priyadarshan is currently working on his next Haiwaan film, with Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan in the main roles. Now, in an exclusive interview with IHNS, the filmmaker has confirmed that Mohanlal will appear in the film.

Addressing IHNS, director Priyadarshan was asked if he intended to make a film featuring Mohanlal and Akshay Kumar together. The filmmaker stressed that he did not create films only to include specific actors, but confirmed that the Lalettan will appear in a role of cameo for Haiwaan.
Depending on his words: “If you ask me questions about Haiwaan, Mohanlal is there in this film. However, what a character he plays, I don’t want to say for the moment. See, every time I make a film, it’s the story that excites me. I never think of the actors.”
