Mirai, with Teja Sajja and Manchu Manoj in the main roles, struck the big screens on September 12, 2025. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, the film became massive success in theaters, attracting generalized attention of many, in particular because of the vocal narration by Prabhas.
Now, in an exclusive interview with IHNS, the head of the film, Teja, shares his reflections on the gesture of the Baahubali star.

Addressing IHNS, Teja Sajja was questioned about the narration of the Prabhas voiceover and what he felt from the gesture. The actor of Hanuman revealed how he had initially met the rebel star during the filming of Mirai and how excited Prabhas was for a project.
Depending on his own words, “I met him several times on Mirai’s sets. He was very excited for the film, and as he is a star who does not even realize how great he is. He is as simple and humble. I love him. It took us a single telephone call for the voice.”
“We needed a person with this gravity. A particular type of personality telling the story because it has a lot of fantasy. So, to get this kind of credibility, we needed a very large person to talk about it. It was just a phone call; There was no additional discussion on this subject. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. He’s darling, ”added Sajja.

Mirai is a superhero film of fantastic action with Teja Sajja in the main role. The story follows Vedha, an orphan and a pickpocket which is prophesied to become the savior of the world.
According to the prophecy, Vedha must face Mahabir Lama, alias Black Sword, a man in pursuit of the 9 sacred writings created by the Emperor Ashoka. It is believed that these scriptures hold the key to immortality and divinity.
The question of whether Vedha manages to overcome these challenges and to take up the black sword before time exhausts the heart of the story.
While actor Hanuman plays the protagonist, Manchu Manoj portrays the antagonist, Black Sword. The film also presents Shriya Saran, Ritika Nayak, Jagapathi Babu, Jayaram, Tanja Keller and several others in key roles.
Mirai ends with a cliffhanger, teasing a suite entitled Mirai: Jaitharaya, with a cameo by Rana Daggubati as the main antagonist of the next chapter.
