Bollywood filmmaker Farhan Akhtar has finally talked about the fate of his much awaited road-trip drama Zee le zaraa And the news is not what fans feared. Despite the years of silence since its big announcement, the film is not given shelter, but it is in hold.
Farhan Akhtar grabbed Zara Zara: “I will hate to say that this is a shelter”
In a recent interview on the YouTube channel on our stupid reactions, Farhan explained the current situation openly. “I would hate to say that this is a shelter. What I say is that it is placed on the back burner. It is a film that will happen. Again, I don’t know when it will happen. But it is very tasty.
He further said that important initial work has already been completed. Farhan shared, “I have ended all the scouts, recorded music for the film. So it’s some time that we come back and do it again.” When Priyanka Chopra was pressed about Jonas, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt’s original dream artists, she offered a cautious update: “I can no longer comment on the artists, like what will happen and when it will come down. But the film will be? Yes, it will happen.”
The film was officially declared as the story of a female-centric road-journey in 2021-a possible successor in the melody Heart wakes And Zindagi na milei dobara– By Chopra, Bhatt, and Caif’s formidable trio. However, coordinating his program has proved to be a continuous challenge behind the screen.
Earlier, Alia Bhatt had voiced optimism about the viability of the project, acknowledging logistic obstacles. In earlier conversation with The Lallinop, she said, “Surely it will be (this). This is a film that everyone wants to make, an actor, producer, director,” however she admitted, “logically, quite difficult to get all the dates together.”
Meanwhile, Farhan has shifted his attention to other projects. He is currently deep in promotion 120 braveRezang La’s Veer, inspired by the 1962 battle, depicting Valorus Major Shaitan Singh Bhati in a film inspired by the 1962 battle. At the same time, he is preparing Don 3Who will mainly star Ranveer Singh.
