Prime Video has unveiled its 2026 content slate at the ‘It Starts Here’ event, offering a glimpse of upcoming originals and collaborations. Amidst the announcements, two projects backed by Hrithik Roshan have grabbed attention. title storm and MessThese projects mark the continued expansion of HRX Films, a division of Filmcraft Productions.
First look of Hrithik Roshan-backed Storm and Mess out at Prime Video’s It Starts Here event
Storm is a web series produced and directed by Ajitpal Singh. The story follows five women who become entangled in a complex web of deception involving a sustainable housing project that turns into a scam. As the situation unfolds, their personal conflicts and hidden secrets begin to surface, putting them in dangerous situations.
The series features a strong cast including Parvathy Thiruvothu, Alaya F, Srishti Srivastava, Rrama Sharma and Saba Azad. Supporting roles are played by Suvinder Pal Vicky, Ashish Vidyarthi, Rajit Kapoor, Ashok Pathak, Gautam Rode, Priyanka Setia and Ranjan Raj. The writing team includes Ajitpal Singh, Francois Lunel and Swati Das.
On the film front, Mess It is directed by Rajesh A Krishnan and presents an underlying story set in a single night. The story revolves around a group of robbers who break into the house of a man suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder, but realize that they cannot control the situation. As the night progresses, the power dynamics change, turning the encounter into a tense standoff.
The film stars Pratik Gandhi, Ranveer Shorey, Gajraj Rao and Anurag Thakur. The screenplay is adapted by Kapil Sawant from an original screenplay by Paul Soter.
