Funky, starring Vishwak Sen and Kayadu Lohar in the lead, has not done well at the box office. The romantic comedy drama witnessed a disappointing trend after the opening day. Debuts at Rs 2.50 crore, Funky opens at Rs 2.5 crore over the weekend. Can earn Rs. Only 6.25 crores, while the second day is Valentine’s Day.
The film further grossed Rs. 2.40 crores were earned on weekdays, on the seventh day it was Rs. 40 lakhs. Funky opened its opening week with just Rs. Completed in. Earning Rs 8.65 crore at the Indian box office, which is nothing but disappointing.
As per the current trends, this Vishwak Sen starrer will not survive another week. If it doesn’t see any bounce in its second weekend, it will end its entire theatrical run at Rs. Could finish around. Only 10-12 crores.
