Jeethu Joseph is ready to bring Drishyam 3 to the public in the coming months. The director sat on a conversation with Baradwaj Ragan, where he revealed that the film script had been written, and the shooting will start next month, Mohanlal playing his head.
During the conversation with the host of the Podcast, the filmmaker also shared that he had taken five drafts to finish the script, because the former were not approved by his daughters.
Joseph assured the public that Drishyam 3 would be different from the first two parts, but also warned that fans could be disappointed if they expected a high -level game like the second film.

The filmmaker, while talking to Ragan, revealed that he was sure that the third episode of Drishyam would be appreciated by the public. Joseph revealed: “I am satisfied with Drishyam 1 and 2, and Drishyam 3 will be a good film. I do not know for the box office, but I approached the character’s growth in an organic way, and not considering Mohanlal as an actor, but I considered him as George Kutty, and whatever the changes after four years, but I work on. “
The director also talked about the script, revealing that he is complete. He added: “It’s fully done.” Jeethu said her daughters did not like the first script. Recalling the incident, the director shared: “I made a trip to Europe in April, so during the trips, I wrote the script, and on the flight of Amsterdam to Dubai, I finished the order of the premises. After that, I came here, and I had this shoot of Valadvista Kalan, so every morning, I woke up at 3:30 am, I wrote two or three scenes, and that’s how you finish it.
Director Ace revealed that by writing the scenes, he had another idea and moved away from the first line. He added that he had finished the script and gave him to his daughters. “After the first half, I met them, I discussed, then they read the second half. So, once this process was finished, I asked my cameraman and my publisher that the four of us read, and they had suggestions; there were problems, so it’s always like that.”
Later, Joseph reworked the second project, then the third, and he reached five sketches.
Speaking of the expectations of fans of the film, the filmmaker said that “the public is waiting for a heavy intelligence game like Drishyam 2, then they will be disappointed”.
