Jolly LLB 3, with Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi in the main roles, does decent business in the box office. The drama of the comedy of the courtroom, directed by Subhash Kapoor, nevertheless sees a downward trend during the week.
Released on September 19, the film opened its doors with Rs 12.50 net. He also attended a solid jump on Saturday, collecting RS 19 crores. The point was promising, but it could not continue at the same rate that the film witnessed a nominal jump on Sunday, and added Rs 19.75 crore to the count.
Jolly LLB 3 Slips Still Wednesday, net of approximately RS 4 crores
Flacolé by Star Studios, Jolly LLB 3 abandoned on Monday and hit Rs 5 crosses. He saw an overvoltage on Tuesday, thanks to prices at a reduced price when he collected Rs 6.50 crosses. However, the film once again lowered on Wednesday when prices returned to normality.
According to the estimates, the film brought back approximately Rs 4.25 crores on day 6, bringing the total CUME to Rs 67 crore net. He will finish his opening week at around Rs 70 crores net, which is a decent figure, but could have been better for a film started with 50 breaks of rupees this weekend. Compared to Sitaare Zameen by and Raid 2, the figure of the opening week of Jolly LLB 3 will be late. For the record, the film Aamir Khan scored RS 86 crores while the film directed by Ajay Devgn won Rs 88 Core net in his first weeks.
However, the film works better than Chapter 2 of Akshay Kumar Kesari. You have to see if he can show strong trends on the second weekend, then during the week to enter the RS 100 crore club. If the drama of the Comedy of the courtroom does not record a good second weekend, he may not take a successful verdict.
