The Bombay High Court on Wednesday dismissed a petition, demanding to stop the release. Jolly LLB 3Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi starring. The court room drama directed by Subhash Kapoor is going to hit theaters this Friday, September 19.

The argument filed by the Association for Eding Justice alleged that the film ridiculed lawyers and judges. It also objected to the song ‘Bhai Vachael Hai’Claiming that the legal profession was reduced.
During the hearing, advocate Deepash Siroya, who was present for the petitioner, pointed to a scene, where judges are referred to as “Mamu”, called derogatory words. However, a bench of Chief Justice Mr. Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam Ankhad separated the concerns. “We have been facing fake from day one. Don’t worry about us,” the judges commented, rejecting the petition.
The court was also informed that the Allahabad High Court had already rejected a similar petition.
Meanwhile, the challenges for the film are also being heard in other states. The Madhya Pradesh High Court recently pulled the filmmakers a lawyer to file a case without forming a party, while the Gujarat High Court has asked a petitioner to consider the Allahabad HC order before proceeding before.
Despite these objections, Jolly LLB 3 Stays on the track for the release of September 19.
