The much-awaited sequel to Vijay Deverakonda’s 2025 spy thriller Empire has been officially discontinued, producer Naga Vamsi confirmed in a recent interview with Idlebrain. The decision comes after the disappointing box-office performance of the first film, dashing hopes of expanding the franchise.
