According to documents obtained through the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the apartment located in Vida Building has been rented out at a starting monthly rent of Rs. 3.10 lakh. The lease agreement is for 36 months, with a provision for 5% annual increase. This makes the fare approximately Rs. 3.25 lakh in the second year, followed by further increase in the final year, taking the total rental value to Rs. 1.17 crores in the entire tenure.
The deal also includes a security deposit of Rs. With stamp duty payment of Rs 20 lakh. 30,819 and registration fee Rs. 1,000.
