If you are planning to watch the action thriller online, here is the IHNS review for you.
plot
Mark is the story of suspended Bengaluru Superintendent of Police Ajay Markandey, who is sidelined after a confrontation with a corrupt politician. His life takes a dramatic turn when a series of violent incidents unfold across Karnataka.
As the story progresses, Mark uncovers a major nexus behind a large-scale child kidnapping racket, with around twenty children reported missing. As he races against time, a political conspiracy begins to unfold. The officer must now save the day before everything is lost, leading to many intense, action-packed moments.
Good
Mark works largely because of the scale of its protagonist and the performance given by Kiccha Sudeepa. The story of the film is a repeat of the actor’s previous film Max, which was released a few years ago and was directed by Vijay Karthikeya.
However, this time, with a change in a few elements, the same team attempts to create an action-packed story that unfolds over 24 hours. Although some of the action sequences work effectively, the film fails to tie everything together in the end, making it somewhat tiresome.
Despite some interesting moments, the script remains engaging with clean progression and a steady pace. On the technical front, Mark has some impressive visuals and strong musical compositions.
bad
Mark’s biggest flaw lies in its redundant concept. The film struggles to engage audiences, especially those who have already seen Max.
Additionally, the pause that occurs when viewing a story over a 24-hour period is beginning to feel saturated. This ultimately becomes the biggest flaw of the film, which even the presence of Kiccha Sudeepa cannot completely overcome.
The second half is largely based on action and emotion, but would have benefited from a clearer and more tightly written script with more focus on action.
Display
Kiccha Sudeepa is undoubtedly the film’s biggest asset, her commanding screen presence saves the film. His signature style and mannerisms help elevate an otherwise repetitive narrative without completely unraveling it.
Naveen Chandra and Shine Tom Chacko also deliver solid performances, adding depth and support to the story.

Mark is a stylish, action-packed film with high marks and manages to entertain despite its flaws. Had it not been for the reworked story, the film might have been a much stronger experience; Nevertheless, it remains a watchable action thriller.
