Pennam Porattam is a social satire drama based in a fictional village called Pattada, a place that is defined by its association with death. The story focuses on Gopalan Master, Charulata and Suttu, each of whom faces harsh judgment and violence from the village.

Through their struggles, the story highlights the plight of the marginalized people. Suttu finds solace in freedom and decides to leave. However, Charulatha’s future remains uncertain as she is trapped in Pattada’s cycle of violence and injustice.
