Prabhu Deva sells two Mahalaxmi apartments for Rs 14.80 crore

According to property registration documents obtained through CRE Matrix, actor, dancer and choreographer Prabhu Deva has sold two residential apartments in South Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area for a total of Rs 14.80 crore. The apartments are located in the Minerva Building, one of the city’s premier high-rise residential towers. According to the documents, both the units are located on the 32nd and 33rd floors and measure 1,295 sq ft each, making the total area 2,590 sq ft.

Records show that Prabhu Deva had originally purchased the two apartments in December 2012 for Rs 14.45 crore. Recent transactions show that both the units were sold to Priya Ruparel and Manju Dange for Rs 7.40 crore.

The deal also included four parking spaces. Stamp duty of Rs 74 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 were paid, with the transaction officially registered on March 13, 2026.

The development comes shortly after Prabhu Deva made headlines with his first live concert appearance earlier this year. In February, he performed on stage with his son, Rishi Raghavendra Dev, introducing them to a live audience. The duo performed on the popular track “Petta Rap” KadhalanGetting strong reaction from the crowd. Many film personalities including Dhanush, Vadivelu, SJ Surya, Roja, Meena and Arun Vijay were also present at the event.
