In his post, Kundra wrote, “Justice delayed is justice denied. I have remained silent, I have respected the system, and endured media trials, speculations and trolling. That’s it!! I want the truth through a fair and final verdict. If found guilty by the court, I will have to face every consequence. Till then, I will be judged not by noise, but only by justice. Raj Kundra.”
This statement is one of his most direct responses to the public discourse surrounding his cases. For years, Kundra avoided addressing the criticism in detail, instead opting to let the legal proceedings take their course. Kundra has been dealing with several legal matters in the last few years. Recently, in February 2026, he was granted bail by a special PMLA court in a money laundering case related to an alleged Bitcoin Ponzi scheme. Investigating officials have claimed that they received large amounts of cryptocurrency from the alleged mastermind of a failed mining project, while Kundra has said that his role was limited.
