Earlier this month, the high court had taken note of the delay in reaching a settlement before Yadav surrendered and was sent back to jail for some time. He has now been granted bail after a subsequent hearing.
While the legal proceedings are still ongoing, Yadav has reiterated that he will remain present as directed by the court and will comply with future orders.
